範疇紀律。大型委任一律先行付費範疇界定(Phase 0),費用全案折抵;不承接未經診斷的純執行案。Scope discipline. Larger engagements begin with paid scoping (Phase 0), credited in full. We decline execution-only work that skips diagnosis.

T-02

產能誠實。一人事務所,同時進行的委任數量由結構決定——檔期滿了,就是滿了。Capacity honesty. A solo practice: concurrent engagements are limited by design. When the calendar is full, it is full.

T-03

交付歸屬。交付的系統、模板與訓練成果歸屬客戶;方法論與工具的智慧財產歸屬事務所。Ownership. Delivered systems, templates and training belong to the client; the underlying methodology and tools remain the practice's IP.
